Amanda Lowe Biography
Amanda Lowe has been a Public Policy Analyst for the National Disability Rights Network (NDRN) since February 2015. Before joining NDRN, Amanda served as a Policy Analyst for the National Association of State Directors of Special Education (NASDSE). Prior to her work with NASDSE, Amanda worked as a special education teacher for students with emotional and behavioral disabilities. She later served as a curriculum coordinator and staff development specialist at the school. She holds a B.A. from the University of Maine in Psychology and a Master Degree from The George Washington University in special education.
