Lynn Goss Biography
Lynn Goss is a Title I Reading and Math paraeducator at Menomonie Middle School in Menomonie, Wisconsin. Lynn is a member of her school’s District Quality Improvement Committee, Site Team and Data Team. She is the WEAC Region I Executive Committee member, and serves on the WEAC Board of Directors and the Policy and Procedures Committee and WEA Academy Board of Directors. Lynn is an NEA Director, serves on the NEA ESSA Implementation Committee and is on the Paraeducator Institute Workgroup. Most recently, she was appointed to the U.S. Department of Education ESSA Negotiated Rulemaking Committee, where the Committee went through the “negotiated rulemaking” process on sections of the law related to assessments and the supplement-not-supplant requirements. Lynn is most proud of her one-on-one work with students, providing them the support, personalized instruction and interventions so they can all reach their academic goals.
