NEA will us existing communication channels to expose practices by third-party staffing companies that impact the pay, benefits, and "years of service" of educators and other school employees. Because there are over 50 state/governing authorities, NEA will choose a sample of such practices to highlight.

Rationale/Background

School employees are generally offered benefits in return for the value of their labor. Privatized employees often lose retirement benefits and health care coverage, as the system loses the value of their contributions and lowers the number of participants.
