NEA Board of Directors will consider a new policy statement on inclusive education that will emphasize the unique needs of each student and varying levels of inclusion to present at the 2020 NEA RA for adoption.

Rationale/Background

Inclusive education benefits all students and leads to higher academic success and social acceptance.  Peers of significantly impacted students will be the policy-makers of the future.  We need to advocate for high-quality inclusive education program for all.
