NEA shall review all governing documents and resolutions and make the appropriate edits to replace all gendered language with gender neutral language.

Rationale/Background

In order to continue to be an inclusive social justice organization, the documents and resolutions that guide the work of the Association should represent all members regardless of gender identify.
